GM OEM accessory. In order to request a cancellation of
your order, it is necessary for you to complete the following
information, in its entirety. This will allow the GM dealership
filling the order to locate your order accurately and promptly.
Depending on when the order was processed by the GM dealer,
a charge may appear on the credit card you submitted for
payment. This will be credited within the next cycle by
the dealer.
As you filled out the initial purchase request, the same
information needs to be entered on this form, so that an
accurate match can be made. Please allow two business days
for the dealership to return the information you requested.
