Affiliate Program
Thank you for visiting the GMaccessoryDealer.com website, a product
of ConfiTech, Inc. GMaccessoryDealer.com is a network of General
Motors dealers, who have become an affiliate of the ConfiTech,
Inc accessory solution. Your consumer order will be fulfilled
by one of the participating General Motors franchise dealers.
Payment, shipping and return policies of that franchise dealer
will transfer to you, the customer. If at any time, you are have
questions about with your shopping experience, as originally occurring
through the GMaccessoryDealer.com web interface, please contact
us with the details of your issue.

Accessory Purchase Request
Any purchase request for an accessory which originates from
a dealership linked website, or through the affiliate GMaccessoryDealer.com
matching dealer url address will be fulfilled by that franchise
dealership, unless otherwise directed by that dealership.
It is the sole discretion of GMaccessoryDealer.com representatives
as to which dealer receives and fulfills an unmatched consumer
purchase request. An unmatched consumer purchase request
is defined as one in which an order is received directly
from the root site of GMaccessoryDealer.com, without the
associated url of a participating affiliate. Links from
third-party vendors, display points and/or search engine
results are examples of how a consumer is directed to the
root of GMaccessoryDealer.com, versus through a dealership
website as a portal.
Pricing and Availability
The availability of an accessory is a function of General
Motors ability to acquire and distribute the accessory to
the franchise dealer. Not every accessory is available on-demand.
The affiliate dealership will contact a customer when an
accessory is on backorder or unavailable, at which time,
the order can be verbally canceled with the affiliate dealer.
Data is updated monthly, from a file obtained from General
Motors. The accuracy of this file is the responsibility
of General Motors. GMaccessoryDealer.com representatives
review the file for inaccuracies to the best of their ability,
but may not discover every potential issue. Affiliate dealerships
attempt, to the best of their ability, to fulfill every
consumer accessory purchase request. All pricing and shipping
arrangements are the final responsibility of the affiliate
franchise dealer.
Installation
All requests for installation must be coordinated with an
affiliate franchise GM dealership, if installation is selected
from the GMaccessoryDealer.com order process. Because an
unmatched purchase request may be fulfilled by a dealer
outside the immediate residence area of the consumer, installation
may be coordinated with a local franchise GM dealer.
Payment
All payments will be made exclusively to the franchise
GM dealership. Compliance with that dealership's payment
policies are coordinated exclusively between the customer
and the dealer. GMaccessoryDealer.com does not and
will not conduct payment transactions on behalf of the dealer,
nor the customer. GMaccessoryDealer.com passes consumer
information and accessory information between the two parties.
GM Accessory Warranty Coverage & Support
GM Accessories that are permanently installed on a GM vehicle
prior to delivery are covered under the provisions of the
New Vehicle Limited Warranty. In the event GM Accessories
are installed after vehicle delivery, or are replaced under
the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, they will be covered (parts
and labor) for the balance of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty,
but in no event less than 12 months / 12,000 miles.
If a GM Accessory is found to be defective prior to or
during installation, the Dealer should exchange the part
for a new one through the normal return process.
However, if a previously installed GM Accessory is being
replaced (under warranty), the Dealer would perform the
repair or sublet the repair to the GM ADI. Then, the Dealer
would submit the Warranty Claim to General Motors. Only
the franchise GM dealership has the ability to file a Warranty
Claim.
